The mission is to break barriers, foster community, and inspire confidence on and off the mat. Through thoughtful flows, uplifting energy, and a commitment to authenticity, we empower people to move, breathe, and be themselves fully and unapologetically.

Yin & Yang Yoga Flow

This class blends the best of both worlds. We start with an uplifting vinyasa flow to build heat and energy, then ease into deep, restorative yin postures to soften and release. Expect to move with intention, slow down with purpose, and leave feeling both refreshed and grounded.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa Flow combines breath with movement in a flowing sequence hat builds strength and flexibility while creating heat in the body. The rythmic practice sharpen focus. It is ideal for both newcomer seeking and active introduction and seasoned yogis wanting to deepen their connection. 

Active Level: high

Benefits: Improves flexibility, mobility and vitality through dynamic movement and stretching. Boosts cardiovascular fitness.

Restorative

Restorative invites you to slow down and release tension as your body is fully supported by props (supportive pillows and blankets). This gentle approach calms the nervous system and encourages intentional rest. Anyone can benefit regardless of age or fitness level, making it a welcoming and cozy practice for all. 

Activity Level: Minimal 

Benefits: promotes rest and relaxation, healthy sleep. Improves respiratory function via slow, deep breathing exercises. Improves sleep quality through gentle stretching and relaxation techniques

Private Sessions

Private Sessions offer a personalized journey tailored to your unique goals. With one-one guidance, every pose and adjustment honors your body's story and edge. This deep connection fosters insight and progress in a way that group class may not offer.
